The Bronze Elite Training Program is designed to meet you where you are at with a semi-custom training experience, tailored to any and all athletes that wish to be high performers. With options of Mini Warrior, Weekend Warrior, Intermediate Pro, and Vet levels.

Our semi-custom training program is designed for a full years worth of periodized training which will take the athlete through different phases allowing their body to adapt through each phase to enhance performance, increase recovery, and lower injury potential.

This program is set up with four phases with three months of training within each. Including training adaptions such as: strength, conditioning, power, intervals, body weight, stretching, running, cycling, rowing, and zone training. Each week's programming seamlessly builds upon the previous, utilizing proper progressions and regressions throughout the month including deload weeks. Each workout takes roughly 50-70 minutes depending upon gym set up and availability.

With four phases available for all levels, we can ensure that you are properly dialed in for your training:

  • Semi-Custom Program: Full week to week month to month training that we use our template designed for hybrid and motocross athletes and adjust accordingly for each individual.

    • This looks different for everyone and might be:

      • Equipment Related

      • Skill Related

      • Even Tweaked per Individual Goal
