The program adapts week-to-week using principles of progressive overload—so you don’t just sweat, you evolve.Small Group Size (Max 3):
Keeps coaching individualized. You’ll receive feedback, cueing, and technique work like you would in a personal session—just with more energy and momentum.Frequency:
Train 2x per week with a consistent crew, progressing together through 4-week cycles.Personalization within the Program:
Modifications are built in. While the group follows a base program, each athlete gets adjustments for strength, sport demands, injuries, or goals.
