    The beauty of the body is that it likes to be challenged, whether that means you are crossing a finish line or not. We call this a hermetic stressor and unlike most stress this stress has a positive effect on our biology.

  • The program lasts six months, divided into four to six-week training blocks. Each block is strategically designed to progress into the next through increased training volume, exercise selection, and intensity. Upon signing up, you'll be enrolled in the first block within one to two business days, allowing you to start your hybrid training journey promptly.

  • Through the Teambuildr app you have full access to Coach Evan where you can send messages and videos if you ever have questions about the program.

  • The ELITE program is tailored for gym or garage setups utilizing barbells for core lifts. Conversely, the LITE program allows for workouts at home using just dumbbells and bands. For example, a barbell squat in ELITE could be replaced with a dumbbell squat in LITE. If you're not comfortable or familiar with barbells, the LITE program, focusing more on dumbbell-based workouts, may be a better fit.

  • The subscription program auto-renews monthly at $29.99 on your sign-up day. Contact us to modify the renewal date if needed.

  • Including warm-up you can expect the workouts to take anywhere from 50-70 minutes when done with proper rest and no lollygagging around.

Meet Coach Evan, a seasoned Coach and athlete with an impressive background in both motocross racing and track and field. His athletic journey led him to Central Washington University, where he competed as a Division II NCAA sprinter while earning his degree in Exercise Science. After graduating, Evan's passion for competition didn't wane. He continued to race motocross and discovered a new interest in obstacle course racing, unknowingly training as a hybrid athlete. His training required him to run long distances, demonstrate explosive power, climb, and carry heavy objects, all while maintaining his motocross racing skills. The Hybrid Action Program, born out of years of training, coaching, and competition, is Evan's unique product.
