Whether you’re preparing for your first HYROX or looking to improve your performance, this three-hour workshop will give you a better understanding of what HYROX actually requires and how to approach the event.
We’ll spend the morning breaking down the event, learning the movements, and then putting everything together in a HYROX-style workout.
We’ll cover the fundamentals of HYROX, including:
What HYROX is and how the event is structured
The movements and standard weights
HYROX rules and standards
How to approach the race strategically
Pacing and managing your effort
How to transition between running and stations
Basic fueling and hydration strategies
We’ll work through each of the HYROX stations and focus on proper technique, efficiency, and movement standards.
We’ll cover:
SkiErg
Sled Push
Sled Pull
Burpee Broad Jumps
Row
Farmers Carry
Sandbag Lunges
Wall Balls
The goal is to understand how to perform each movement efficiently so you can conserve energy and move better during the race.
We’ll finish the workshop by putting everything together with a HYROX-style workout.
You’ll have the opportunity to practice stations, manage your effort, and experience what it’s like to move through multiple stations under fatigue.
$50 per person
