It's important to enter all your weights and reps and click save for each exercise so the system can learn about your strengths and help you progress.

Here are some common questions to help you along the way:

  • Simply download the Teambuildr app and enter your email at the login page. It will then prompt you to create your password and you will gain access to your program.

  • The assigned weight is always the total weight. For example, if a dumbbell chest press lists 100 lbs, that means 50 lbs in each hand, for a total of 100 lbs.

  • If there’s no option to input weight, the exercise is meant to be performed as a bodyweight movement. This helps athletes focus on form and range of motion, rather than just the weight being used.

  • You can easily swap equipment. For example, you can substitute a dumbbell for a kettlebell, or switch between an assault bike and a spin bike.
